Rhona Dunwell

Rhona Dunwell is a dedicated Human Resources leader, global community advocate, and champion for education and service. A former elected member of the Global Jamaica Diaspora Council, contributing to initiatives that strengthen connections between Jamaica and its global diaspora, she has used her leadership to strengthen organizations, uplift communities, and support relief efforts across Jamaica. Through her years of volunteer work with the Alliance of Jamaican Alumni Association, an organization focused on education, and numerous boards, she continues to empower youth and inspire others, guided by her belief that the as we bring light to others, we find clarity in our own journey.

While her professional and community accomplishments are many, Rhona considers her most cherished achievement to be her role as a mother. She takes immense pride in seeing her daughters, Brittany and Kourtnie, grow into wonderful, accomplished, and caring adults—a true reflection of the values of compassion, resilience, and generosity she holds dear
