Hear from community leaders, facilitators, and participants who have experienced the impact of the Resilient Woman Program.
The guided tour of the Oro-African Church was a deeply enriching experience, providing a meaningful connection to local history and heritage. The golf session & lunch was new for me & I will continue learning how to play. I deeply appreciate the women in the network for their support, wisdom, and the positive energy they bring. This experience has strengthened my resolve and provided me with new insights and connections that will continue to guide me on my journey.”

Being part of a community that encourages openness, networking, and mentorship is a powerful catalyst for personal and professional development. It’s fantastic that I’ve been able to overcome obstacles and find the support I needed to navigate my journey.
For any woman aspiring to take on leadership roles or facing challenges in connecting with the right people, your positive experience with Meet The Motivators will serve as an inspiring testament to the impact of such a supportive community.
From mental health and women in technology, to entrepreneurship and financial planning, the event covered it all. I left feeling empowered and motivated, and I’m now excited to pursue studies at Sheridan College in the upcoming session.
This experience has been a true eye-opener, and I’m confident it will be a breakthrough opportunity for women everywhere.
about types of attachment styles, one can fill it in terms of your current situation or as who you really
are. Simultaneously, I have to feel secure being myself, but in reality I am very anxious, however
being …. To go about life on my own with my grown adult children. I am on a journey to find joy in myself.
“Motivation: I came to support the speaker and find ways to support those I care for.
Valuable insight + key takeaways: understanding one’s own attachment style and their partner’s
attachment style. How they impact and manifest in one’s life (thoughts, emotions, actions, results).
I would definitely recommend this workshop to others to become more self-aware and propel
themselves forward on their terms.” ~ T.M.
What motivated me to attend the workshop was because it was a free workshop and in Brampton
where I live. The valuable insight/skill I gained was relationship styles. This experience will help me
in my life to attend more workshops like this where I can gain more knowledge about my mental
health. One key takeaway I’m leaving with today is the love addiction cycle. I will definitely
recommend this workshop to anyone including men because there aren’t that much workshops like
this in Brampton, especially for the black community. ~ Sabrina Watson Leung
I came to learn more about myself, healing, … etc
I learned the most important part of healing is letting go.
I learned that I can only change myself. In order to change I need to see myself as I am. The exercises
help me to see myself as I am to see what made me who I am today.
It helps me to see that I can change. I cannot blame anyone else for my personality and choices.
It will help me to read anxious, secure or avoidant persons.
I would recommend it to others. Great comfort. ~ Pamela Nyack
