VOICES FROM THE PROGRAM

Real stories, real impact

I had an incredible time at the Resilient Women’s Network, surrounded by inspiring women who are dedicated to making a difference. The visit to the Nordic Spa was a highlight, and the guided tour of the Oro-African Church was deeply enriching. This experience has strengthened my resolve and provided me with new insights and connections that will continue to guide me on my journey.

Meet The Motivators has been instrumental in my personal and professional growth. The networks, communities and rooms that I have gained access to fostered mentorship, collaboration, and support which are invaluable on my journey. I found a space where doors of opportunity have opened, and I’ve been able to connect with like-minded individuals willing to share their experiences and insights.

Meet The Motivators community

I liked that it was interactive, and that as women we are building ourselves and helping each other soar. It’s a great feeling when we all come together like this and do something great — we all feel appreciated, we all feel excited. I wouldn’t have thought I’d be building an app in just a few hours, but I restarted and I did it. It’s a great space. You feel welcomed, and it’s real empowerment. I’d say get on board — we can do great things.

TechHER Forward

What motivated me to attend was that it was a free workshop, in Brampton where I live. The insight I gained was about relationship styles, and one key takeaway is the love addiction cycle. This experience will help me attend more workshops like this, where I can gain more knowledge about my mental health. I would recommend it to anyone, including men, there aren’t many workshops like this in Brampton, especially for the Black community.
